Performance Policy
Cameras and recording equipment of any kind are not permitted within the Theatre. Eisenhower Hall Theatre does not offer refunds, credits or exchanges. In the event of adverse weather and/or less-than-ideal road conditions, the performance will go on as scheduled if the artist or attraction is present (no refunds, credits or exchanges will be offered).

Late Seating
Doors open one-half hour before each performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager according to the wishes of the artist.
Families and Kids
While most performances are suitable for the entire family, some programs may contain adult subject matter. If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Box Office. Please use discretion, and consider other audience members when deciding whether to bring infants and small children. Remember every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
